MANDRA FORESTRY ANHUI LIMITED is formed by Mandra Resource Limited, Sino Forest Corporation (Canada Toronto Stock listed company) and International Investment Bank Morgan Stanley. The BVL registered Company is in the business of forestry resource investment and management. It has totally invested hundreds of million of dollars in forestry industry of China. Its scope of business includes the research and development of new species with high yield seedling, reforestation, production and sales of timber logs for industry usage. Our chain of business will eventually enhance our operation into a large-scale integrated and efficient timber operator through the introduction of high yield species, advance forestation and technique.
Mandra Resource Limited is based at Hong Kong, concentrate on China infrastructure Industry. Its investments in China includes forest resource, machine manufacture, new energy resource, chemical material and other fields.
The primary founder member, the chairman of Mandra Forest Limited is Mr.Songyi Zhang. A renowned international investment banker as well as an experienced entrepreneurs. Mr. Zhang was the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Hong Kong, and currently act as consultant to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong.
